Announcement: Price Changes for 2010

Dear Customers,

Please be aware of the following changes to our tariff in 2010:

As of 1^st January 2010, the VAT rate will revert back to 17.5%.
Our standard carriage charge will increase from £7.00 to £8.00, effective 1^st January 2010. This includes guaranteed next day delivery via courier, providing that the order is placed before noon.
Ostenil (2ml syringe only) will increase from £30.00 per syringe to £33.00 per syringe. We pride ourselves in offering value for money and this is the first price increase to Ostenil in 10 years.
